Being a first-time homebuyer, the entire process has easily been the most difficult task for me to complete. I requested some information from a recommended realtor on an online residential real estate site and within minutes Tayna had contacted me. She was always kind and courteous and most importantly – very prompt. Being on a tight budget I had to unfortunately scour through many listings and visit many houses. She was always ready to schedule a meeting and she arrived very promptly at the scheduled time. I had a few issues with my proof of funds and that caused delays in my closing date, but Tayna worked directly with the other realtor. Because of her working diligently on the purchase of this home, we were able to complete the sale and move in.
